Arline, was born in Brooklyn, NY , and raised in Hollis, Queens. Arline loved performing arts as a child; she loved singing in both her school and church choirs and she, her sister and friends from her neighborhood would practice folk dances and performed them for seniors in the local nursing homes in Queens, NY. Arline married and raised 4 beautiful young ladies and spent the majority of her adult life mentoring children and post adolescent females throughout her volunteerism and career.
As a graduated from Springfield College in 2000, earning a BS degree in Human Services; Arline was acknowledged and received awards for her volunteerism and work with Girls Inc- (Browntown Division); She was a member of The 100 Blackwomen Coalition working with the coalition for Breast Health Awareness for Women of Color in the Wilmington, DE communities. Arline worked as an Assistant to the Healthcare Administrators at Gander Hill Prison, Multi- Purpose Criminal Justice Facility while living in Wilmington DE.
Arline obtained a MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management in 2007 while living in Charlotte, she worked as a Practice Manager for Urgent Care Services presenting Health Fairs for local communities and businesses; she was also responsible for opening and closing Ambulatory Clinics. Arline became the Clinic Administrator for Veterans CBOC Clinic in Rock Hill, SC working with Veteran Administration to create better healthcare programs to assist our Veterans returning home. Arline was asked to become a Regional Practice Manager for Carolinas Healthcare Systems and oversaw four Hospitalist Groups within the region.
Currently, Arline lives in Greensboro, NC and works in the Insurance Industry with Ensure Financial Group. She is passionate about working with community organizations on promoting Financial Literacy throughout the local communities. Arline seeks innovative ways to educate seniors and their families on financial literacy through Insurance Evaluation and Financial Education.
